Join us for this fun and sultry Heels choreography workshop! This Boudoir Style choreography will incorporate pole work, floor work, and everything in between...and of course, it will all be in HEELS! We will explore weight transfers, waves, threads, edgework, legwork, basework and more!

Boudoir Dance Movement labs are an opportunity to explore singular concepts in a deep and concentrated manner. This is both a dance class and an exploration of movement in general. This class will help you expand your movement vocabulary, allow you to dive deep into your personal examination of presented concepts, and generally open yourself up to the opportunity to be free, play and explore. Be prepared to dive deep, push boundaries, and expect the unexpected.
The topic for this lab is "Seamless Flow." In this workshop we will explore flow from new angles. We will dive deep into the way our bodies move and interact with intention, breath, shape, and rhythm. The focus will be connecting movement seamlessly from head to toe and everything in between!
Prerequisite: Comfortable with freestyle dance and are open to exploration!

Rabbit Hole Studios is a space for performing arts, aerial, yoga, dance, rock climbing, and body work. This space is run by members of the Minnesota Performing Arts Cooperative. The co-op reaches out to the community through hosting a variety of classes, workshops and sessions to the general public.
Our mission is to provide a place for performing artists to hone their skills. We want to support the community through providing a comfortable place for artistic self-expression. It's a place to play, grow, and discover through mind, body and spirit.
