All lessons are currently online, interactive remote lessons.
Remote lessons have a minimum of 2 spots per lesson and a maximum of 6 spots per lesson.
If a lesson you want is full, join the wait list!
If you join a wait list, you will receive a notification and option to join if a spot opens up.
You are not automatically added to lessons if you join the waitlist.
Individual students may book 2 spots to meet the minimum of 2 spots.
If additional students join, only 1 credit is deducted per person per lesson (within 48 business hours).
Prepaid credits are refunded if lesson bookings are cancelled at least 2 hours in advance.
For 30-minute remote private lessons, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance.
To book 30-minute Remote Private lessons: use 1 credit to book/reserve the lesson. This credit is refunded within 48 business hours if the booking is cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. 2 credits, total, will be deducted after the lesson.
If no additional credit is available on the account, the cost of a single drop in is charged to the card on file,
or you can purchase additional prepaid package or membership credits.

Monthly memberships automatically renew until you cancel, no contracts; you may change or cancel your membership at any time.

Most classes are appropriate for absolute beginners.
Frestyl Fitness Lessons seek to encourage empowerment and quietly dispel harmful stereotypes. People of all ages, sizes, fitness levels, genders, and body types are welcome and encouraged in drop-in classes, private and semi-private lessons. Join us for a lesson!

One 40-minute lesson: $70

Choreography/Routine Smooth-over* (150 minutes): $150
*best for competition routines in need of program flow
Extend private lessons: $15 per additional 15 minutes.
PRIVATE REMOTE GROUP LESSONS
One 40-minute lesson: $74 per lesson, up to 8 people/screens
Deposit: $74 to book your lesson (non-refundable)
You may also reserve any drop-in class on our schedule for $74 (total, $64 for Frestyl Members).
