Whether you're looking for some extra studio credit to spend on anything we sell or just staying physically active by helping things run more smoothly (or both!), we truly appreciate your help at Frestyl! When you help out at Frestyl, you're helping the local boutique gyms and studios Frestyl works for, too.

It's tough for small local businesses to survive, and a little help makes a BIG impact to the businesses and the communities we serve!

Helpers receive checklists, tools, instructions, and timelines, and are paid in studio credit (money/dollar amounts that never expire) at the end of a month or a project well-done! Submit the interest form below and we'll follow up with you as soon as we can!

LAUNDRY: Keeping clean rags stocked in the studio. We've got zippered laundry bags to keep rags easy to transport, wash, and dry, and you don't have to fold or roll'em up pretty (unless ya feel like it)! ($10/month)CLEARING & CLEANING: Every other week, use a checklist to wrangle clutter into Clutter Bins and Lost & Founds, dust surfaces, floors, fixtures & furniture, vacuum floors/carpets/rugs, de-gunk surfaces like desks, floors, cubbies, bookshelves/drawers, windowsills. Studio guests are asked to clean up after themselves - but this job handles the inevitable buildup! ($60/month | $30/visit.)TEN-MINUTE TIDY: Once a week, use a checklist & supplies in the studio to do a little regular tidying that studio guests & instructors don't get to. (Yes, you can do this when you're already at the studio before class.) ($15/month.)FLYERING: Once a month between the 10th & 20th (pick a date) pick up printed flyers at the studio and post them on bulletin boards around town using a checklist of good spots to post! Extra points if you bike, walk/jog/run, or make it social event with friends. ($25/month).WORD-SPREADING on social media: At least once every 7 days, share a post or story from Frestyl Fitness's Instagram, Snapchat, and/or Facebook story or timeline with some comment/post from yourself (Anything simple like a <3 emoji or an "I can hardly wait for this class!" or "I love this class!" will do - use your own authentic voice). You must have an active social media account with at least 50 followers to your account(s). It's ok to create a new one/different for this helping gig if you prefer to. ($10/month.)EVENT PLANNING/SPECIAL PROJECT: Help plan larger events like fund drives (a Walking Marathon, an IG Promo Drive for Local Businesses) or volunteer opportunities for Frestylers (at Animal Rescue Shelters, National Parks, Food Pantries, Habitat for Humanity, local libraries, and local art or history museums)! We'll give you specifics, dates, goal(s) for the event, a timeline and a checklist to help things run smoothly from preplanning to clean up! ($50-$200 depending on project.)
